Jack Bruce is 1/3 of the original power trio "Cream", he also has done by far, the best solo work of his former mand mates, Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker. Robin Trower joined Procol Harum just after the recording of but before the release of "A Whiter Shade of Pale" and remained in the band during their heyday. He then went solo and was billed as one of the countless "Next" Jimi Hendrix. Robin recorded some great hard blues rock in the 70's, and some music with a softer touch in the 80's. Between that, Robin recorded 2 fine albums with Jack Bruce. Now, almost 25 years later they return with Gary Husband on drums. Their first 2 albums were fine recordings but, you could tell they were recorded in the 80's. This new one "Seven Moons", you'd swear was recorded in the first half of the 70's, IT'S THAT GOOD...START TO FINISH.. It will be released March 3rd, be good to yourself and get it now. Modern bands like Jet aren't bad, they try to be "throwbacks" but why waste your money on watered down copies when the real things are still kickin' ass?
